I need help regarding hot water and stove Rebecca 10-1-07
I just bought a used Kountry Comfort 2000 used......and am hooking it up to a permanent location for now. I have gotten the electric working, air, but not the heat, stove, hot water heater. Are these things propane or electric?
If I buy the tanks of propane, is there a place to turn these on, or will they automatically work. There was no instructions with the trailer. I bought this more or less as a permanent place for several months at a time.
How would I order a book on how to use the inside stuff....ONE other question. There is a water tank under the bed with almost a full tank of clear water. Is this suppose to stay full of water or is there some way of emptying it?
Please email me if possible, or put answer here and I will try to find it again. Thanks Rebecca

I'm not sure where you're located but in Montpelier Indiana there's a RV junk yard that has everything new and used.

Hope this helps

Hi hope this helps.
1. make sure you have propane & it's on
2. light your stove top burner and be patient it can get air in the line if you smell gas let it air out and try again in 5 minutes once ignited let it burn for 2 minutes or less until you see a nice clear & blue flame w/no bursts of yellow flame.
3. try next to ignite your furnace, turn your wall thermostat on and set it high about 85 degrees be patient it might take 2 or 3 tries as well due to air being in the lines (it's natural, happens when they sit for a long time.).
4. time for the refer walk over to your refer and turn your setting control to gas if it fails to lite you will see a check light on your ebrow board where your controls are turn it off of gas and back on again it tries to sence the flame for 30 seconds if it fails it goes into check.
5. last to ignite is your stove pilot if you have a stove, if so turn the knob to pilot and push the knob in & hold it with your aplliance lighter ignite the pilot keep that knob pushed in for 30 seconds after you got the pilot to ignite than set your temp. and you should be good to answer the rest of your question everything but your a.c. microwave and converter are all 12v and require 12v to operate.
please call me if your have further questions 1-877-782-8937
