I am a disabled veteran looking to take over payments on a class A motorhome for use full time. We are both prior svc Marines. I have LUPUS and need to relax and live in a smaller area. I have a gauranteed income monthly from the U.S. government. I live in NY and would like to find a new home for us soon. Thanks alot
Re: Take over RV payments Dee 9-25-08
I'm looking for a well maintained diesel pusher or a Gas in the 35ft range. A single slide is fine. Most important is condition and maintenance.

If it is a gas model, the workhorse chassis, large Ford/Chevy V8 and the 6 speed Allison are what I'd go for.

I'd consider years down to about 1998. I'm flexible on the monthly payments and also have a down payment ready. I am not looking to pay MSRP prices though.

Thanks

My wife and I are now full time RV'ers. The kids are gone and finally I can be with my wife when I travel. I am an aviation contract and make over 2k/wk. We are looking for a fifth wheel, 2006 or newer that has an Arizona room, king size bed, 3-4 slides, 4 door fridge(or the deep Amanna) with ice maker, washer/dryer, possibly a gen., and we like the Carri-Lites and Newmars or equivalvent. If you have something like this that you would like to turn loose of, we can put some down and take over the payments. We currently have a 30 ft. Thor fifth wheel with a ton of recent upgrades that will be available when we find what we want. We are currently in Charleston, S.C. and our contact info is 512-415-5150 or dhooge@flash.net. We are sincere and ready now. Thank you, Dave

We are looking for a 5th wheel with pull truck. We have two vehicles to trade plus cash and or assume payments on your 5th wheel combo....1st one is a 2003 Oldsmobile Alero with 33K orig miles and is in very, very, good condition (it's our highway travel car) also have a 2002 Chevy Astro van that is set up to pull up to 7K lbs, but has only been used once or twice to pull a small travel trailer and a pop-up camper....it also is in very very good condition. Both vehicles are immaculate, and have been baby'd to no end. both have perfect service records intact, and available, neither needs any work at all. We are retired and wish to go on the road for awhile.
What have you to trade, or take over?

Thanks Bill

Re: Take over RV payments Tony 11-3-09
I Assume RV Payments

This enables RV owners to dispose of their RV's without suffering a great loss financially or emotionally

due to illness or a change of circumstances. This has benefited many

people. Conversely, we have RV buyers who can't find the unit, interest rate, or terms they desire.

We have been able to accommodate both parties in mutually beneficial arrangements. A proven

formula for success is the result.

Re: Take over RV payments todd and linda shumaker 10-5-07
We will prove in this paragraph why we should be trusted. we did a property/promissory note for our last RV. we made monthly payments for a class a, fleetwood bounder 34j, and we didn't miss a payment. We alsi had a 1997, new, winnebago minnie winnie 28'er that we made 550.00 a month payments on. we paid that one off too. we owe nothing on our home, car, or RV. we are selling the rv and getting another because it has over 110k miles on it. we are both disabled and have guaranteed income monthly and i work at the University of Nebraska and my wife also has a trust account.
thank you for considering us for your RV.

Don't ever dea with Premier RV Solutions! Naive Sucker! 5-2-09
Don't ever make the same mistake that I did and deal with Premier RV Solutions in Las Vegas NV. I gave them my deposit of over $6,000 and the day I was suppose to fly out to pick up my RV the owner Mike called me to tell me that someone else had purchased my RV! It was a total nightmare. Don't make the same mistake i did and look for someone that you can trust. You can even check the Las Vegas Better Business Bureau and you'll see that I am not the only one that has had problems with this company. Of course they offered to sell me another RV but there is no way I will ever do business with a company that lies to their customers. With a $12,000 broker fee that they charge, you think that they would have some respect for their customers. All they care about is money!

Re: Take over RV payment scam Jeff Newman 10-15-09
First Financial credit Services who is advertising on this site took possesion of my coach in June to do a take over payment contract. They contracted the coach out to Earl I. Shamburger from Pasadena California. Since then I have had to make payments and penalties. I now have to report the coach stolen with no hopes of finding it. They dont seem to be overly concerned about it and today I had to retain an attorney to begin a lawsuit against them. I can only hope that BofA doesnt bring criminalo charges against me.

Re: Take over RV payments Bill 6-16-09
My name is Bill, I work for First Financial Credit Services, here’s a bit about us. We acquire coaches through contract, the same loan and lender is used but we have a contract relieving you from the obligations and liabilities of the loan. Historically we have someone in the coach within a couple weeks (although this is becoming more difficult in the last year), payments to the lender will be guaranteed through us once this happens. The party taking possession of the coach would be making payments to your financial institution till it could be refinanced or paid off – they would also be required to carry the appropriate insurance with you listed as an additional insured. We have been in business for over 18 years now and have an excellent record
There is no cost to you. We do charge a fee for our services but these are collected from the party taking over the payments. We do ask that the payments are current and that you maintain insurance and payments on the coach until we can find a party to take over the payments. One year ago I would have told you we would have someone in the coach within a couple weeks but with the way the economy is it has been taking us a month, month and a half and on very rare occasions two months but the last thing we want is the coach coming back, after all, we are going to guarantee payments after we get it out, the contract between you and first Financial Credit Services relieves you from the obligations and liabilities of the loan.
I would be happy to answer any questions you might have and send out sample copies of the contracts so you can have your lawyer or family look them over.
Here are some of the most common Questions:
THE LOAN: The loan would remain in your name and with your lender, the only thing that would change is the new party would be making your payment, usually by direct deposit unless you request otherwise. They will also be responsible to maintain insurance on the coach, 100 / 300 / 100. We keep tabs on this since we do guarantee the payments to the lender
ACCIDENT THEFT: We require the person taking possession of your coach to carry insurance on it and expect it to be subscribed to on a yearly basis, not monthly or quarterly. If the vehicle is stolen or is involved in an accident it will be insured
THRASHING: We deal in high end motor homes, most of out buyers are 60 plus, retired and have good backgrounds. Background checks are done on the prospective buyer and unless they meet our standards we find someone else. The contract allows you to schedule inspections on the coach any time and for any reason during the term of the contract
WHY DON”T THEY FINANCE: Many of these units are upside down, that’s when more money is owed on the Motor home than what it books for. Secondly, banks usually only loan 80% of low book so the potential buyer would need to come up with that 20%, sales tax plus the difference between low book and high book. What you have been paying on the loan has been mostly interest, your loss will be their gain. If they re-financed then either you would have to take a bath on the difference of what is owed and what low blue book is or the buyer would have to pay a premium to help you get out of it.
ISSUES: Please let us know if there are any issues that we should be aware of like cracked windshields, missing mattresses, dead or missing batteries, overheating / transmission issues, broken slides, ripped awnings, shoddy tires, expired tags, plate or registration issued etc etc.

Thanks
Bill

BUYERS, can't obtain the conventional financing you were looking for? These tough economic times make it hard for good people with credit problems or even decent credit to get the financing from lenders. There are no options for buyers to obtain a bad credit boat loan or bad credit RV loan even with a large down payment. Let us offer another solution for you to buy a boat or rv. We are a finance and insurance agency that works with both buyers and sellers to arrange a win - win situation for both parties. We can tailor your contract to suit both parties. Regardless of your situation we can help!
