Re: Take over RV payment scam Jeff Newman 10-15-09
First Financial credit Services who is advertising on this site took possesion of my coach in June to do a take over payment contract. They contracted the coach out to Earl I. Shamburger from Pasadena California. Since then I have had to make payments and penalties. I now have to report the coach stolen with no hopes of finding it. They dont seem to be overly concerned about it and today I had to retain an attorney to begin a lawsuit against them. I can only hope that BofA doesnt bring criminalo charges against me.

Don't ever dea with Premier RV Solutions! Naive Sucker! 5-2-09
Don't ever make the same mistake that I did and deal with Premier RV Solutions in Las Vegas NV. I gave them my deposit of over $6,000 and the day I was suppose to fly out to pick up my RV the owner Mike called me to tell me that someone else had purchased my RV! It was a total nightmare. Don't make the same mistake i did and look for someone that you can trust. You can even check the Las Vegas Better Business Bureau and you'll see that I am not the only one that has had problems with this company. Of course they offered to sell me another RV but there is no way I will ever do business with a company that lies to their customers. With a $12,000 broker fee that they charge, you think that they would have some respect for their customers. All they care about is money!

Re: Take over RV payments todd and linda shumaker 10-5-07
We will prove in this paragraph why we should be trusted. we did a property/promissory note for our last RV. we made monthly payments for a class a, fleetwood bounder 34j, and we didn't miss a payment. We alsi had a 1997, new, winnebago minnie winnie 28'er that we made 550.00 a month payments on. we paid that one off too. we owe nothing on our home, car, or RV. we are selling the rv and getting another because it has over 110k miles on it. we are both disabled and have guaranteed income monthly and i work at the University of Nebraska and my wife also has a trust account.
thank you for considering us for your RV.

Re: Take over RV payments Dee 9-25-08
I'm looking for a well maintained diesel pusher or a Gas in the 35ft range. A single slide is fine. Most important is condition and maintenance.

If it is a gas model, the workhorse chassis, large Ford/Chevy V8 and the 6 speed Allison are what I'd go for.

I'd consider years down to about 1998. I'm flexible on the monthly payments and also have a down payment ready. I am not looking to pay MSRP prices though.

Thanks

My husband and I are looking to purchase a Class A between 30-35 feet (minimum 2 slides). We can comfortably afford payments of $1,000 or less, insurance and maintenance. We are repairing our credit after closing our restaurant to care for Dad. We own a ocean view lot, retaurant (commerical real estate)and restaurant equipment (free and clear). We are responsible people and will make our payments on time but are unable to finance a RV for a while (since we used are personal credit for the restaurant). Please contact me at (541)836-7025 if you have a 2005-2010 coach. We are willing to use the deed to the ocean view lot(valued at $119,000)as collateral if necessary.

Re: Take over RV payments Tony 11-3-09
I Assume RV Payments

This enables RV owners to dispose of their RV's without suffering a great loss financially or emotionally

due to illness or a change of circumstances. This has benefited many

people. Conversely, we have RV buyers who can't find the unit, interest rate, or terms they desire.

We have been able to accommodate both parties in mutually beneficial arrangements. A proven

formula for success is the result.

DAV/Single Mom of 3 grown Son's is cutting the umbilical cord and purse strings and hitting the road, so they can turn into the men I know they can become! (warm smile)

I have dependable income/pension to pay my bills. I have good credit, but unable to come up with the required 10-20% deposit a RV loan requires and I do not feel like being raped over the coals with an obscene interest rate because of it. So, I am looking to take over payments for anyone with a Damon Challenger 377 or something comparable. Must have Satellite TV capabilities, Either a Washer/Dryer already installed or able to connect one. Solar Kit would be a nice surprise, so I am not a slave to the camp sites 24/7.

RV MUST BE in Excellent Condition and well maintained both in cleanliness and mechanical upkeep. I am open, please contact me with your RV specs, pictures, payments, balanced owed, interest rate your payment and contact information.

Re: Take over RV payments Lou 7-27-10
My wife and I are looking to purchase a Motor Coach within the next few weeks. We are looking for a seller who is wanting someone to Take over payments or willing to do Owner Financing why because I am self employed and my wife is retired Social Worker. We do have good monthly income so making a monthly payment is no problem as well as keeping good insurance on the COACH as well as all the up keep required on a Coach. We do have pass experience in both owning a Motor Home as well as family members. We have many references as well as credit references. We are non-smoker, no pets or children at home.
We are looking for is the following -
Low Down Payment to none with taking over payment on loan.
Monthly payments no higher then 850.00 and that must be reflected in the yr and condition of the COACH.
Nothing smaller then a 36'
If no slides it must be a wide body Coach please.
Also sale must be done in the form of a contract to protect everyone involved.
Coach Must be -
Class A Diesel Pusher. We like Monaco, Fleetwood, Newmar, Holiday Rambler, Wanderlodge, and Prevost.
Nothing older then 1995 unless it is a well kept Wanderlodge or Prevost. We will look at others as well as long as they are well taken care of.
Washer Combo or Dry is a must or room for one.
Please send detailed information as well as pictures to - talos@bledsoe.net and we will get back with you as soon as we review details and photos.

This is a great opportunity if your wanting to sell your COACH but effected because of the lack of lending by Banks.
Thank you for time and reading.

Re: Take over RV payments Guerrette 8-18-10
DAV & Single Mom of 3 grown Boys. Ready for the next phase in my life. Looking to purchase a Class A Motor Coach within the next few weeks.

I am looking for a seller who may have been hit as hard as everyone else in this economic depression, that has an RV they are wishing to sale, but finding a buyer is proving to be difficult and to continue paying the additional monthly cost overwhelming. If Take Over Payments" or "Owner Financing". is something you would consider. Maybe we can help one another out.

I have good credit and a dependable monthly income from my pension for life. What I do not have is the 10-20% down payment that most financial institutions require to be able to finance. There are some organizations that would be more than happy to lend to me w/o a down payment, but at an incredible ridiculous interest rate, but I am NOT going to bow down to that kind of financial tactic and upside down situation!

I am looking for a Class A Motor Coach, between 30'-37'. Must be in excellent condition in both Cleanliness and Maintenance Service. Monthly payments no higher than $700 a month, A Washer/Dryer already installed is a huge Plus, if not, be W/D capable. Having a Solar Panel kit would be icing on the cake and a definite front runner since I am all for going green and preserving as much as we can, last but certainly not least have a Satellite system already installed and just ready to be turned on with service. It is important I am able to keep in contact with my family, friends and children. :)

Nothing older then 1995 unless it is a well kept.

I am clean, dependable, honest and have the utmost integrity. I am the type of person who feels and lives by the Motto "All you have in life is your word, so use it wisely" I,will care and keep your RV clean and mechanically maintained, fully insured and if you wish, you can install a GPS so you always know where your RV is at all times until it's paid in full!

Please send detailed information as well as pictures and I will get back to you as soon as I study all the information sent.

This is a great opportunity to help one another out and not let the economy and the banking institutions win yet again!

Thank you for time and reading.

Re: Take over RV payments George 11-14-07
Hello. I have a 2000 32 ft. Holiday Rambler Vacationer in very good condition. It has one slide, low mileage, and several upgrades. I would consider having reliable individuals take over the payments on it (approximately $580 per month). The RV itself is located in Pennsylvania. Let me know if you are interested and we can discuss further details.

George.
Re: Take over RV payments Bill 6-16-09
My name is Bill, I work for First Financial Credit Services, here’s a bit about us. We acquire coaches through contract, the same loan and lender is used but we have a contract relieving you from the obligations and liabilities of the loan. Historically we have someone in the coach within a couple weeks (although this is becoming more difficult in the last year), payments to the lender will be guaranteed through us once this happens. The party taking possession of the coach would be making payments to your financial institution till it could be refinanced or paid off – they would also be required to carry the appropriate insurance with you listed as an additional insured. We have been in business for over 18 years now and have an excellent record
There is no cost to you. We do charge a fee for our services but these are collected from the party taking over the payments. We do ask that the payments are current and that you maintain insurance and payments on the coach until we can find a party to take over the payments. One year ago I would have told you we would have someone in the coach within a couple weeks but with the way the economy is it has been taking us a month, month and a half and on very rare occasions two months but the last thing we want is the coach coming back, after all, we are going to guarantee payments after we get it out, the contract between you and first Financial Credit Services relieves you from the obligations and liabilities of the loan.
I would be happy to answer any questions you might have and send out sample copies of the contracts so you can have your lawyer or family look them over.
Here are some of the most common Questions:
THE LOAN: The loan would remain in your name and with your lender, the only thing that would change is the new party would be making your payment, usually by direct deposit unless you request otherwise. They will also be responsible to maintain insurance on the coach, 100 / 300 / 100. We keep tabs on this since we do guarantee the payments to the lender
ACCIDENT THEFT: We require the person taking possession of your coach to carry insurance on it and expect it to be subscribed to on a yearly basis, not monthly or quarterly. If the vehicle is stolen or is involved in an accident it will be insured
THRASHING: We deal in high end motor homes, most of out buyers are 60 plus, retired and have good backgrounds. Background checks are done on the prospective buyer and unless they meet our standards we find someone else. The contract allows you to schedule inspections on the coach any time and for any reason during the term of the contract
WHY DON”T THEY FINANCE: Many of these units are upside down, that’s when more money is owed on the Motor home than what it books for. Secondly, banks usually only loan 80% of low book so the potential buyer would need to come up with that 20%, sales tax plus the difference between low book and high book. What you have been paying on the loan has been mostly interest, your loss will be their gain. If they re-financed then either you would have to take a bath on the difference of what is owed and what low blue book is or the buyer would have to pay a premium to help you get out of it.
ISSUES: Please let us know if there are any issues that we should be aware of like cracked windshields, missing mattresses, dead or missing batteries, overheating / transmission issues, broken slides, ripped awnings, shoddy tires, expired tags, plate or registration issued etc etc.

Thanks
Bill

Thanks
Bill

Re: Take over RV payments Henry 1-10-11
Went to a dealer today and was turn down due to bad credit I was looking for a class A 2004 or newer and my credit just plain sucks... I want to file bankruptcy to clean up my credit and I know with the credit I have now I have to do something, As of now I pay strictly cash and have no credit cards, I make over 6000 a month and can easily afford a 400.00 to 450.00 dollar payment. Every year I spend 3000 dollars on RV rentals so me and my family can go on vacation and I am getting tired of renting and have a little problem called Credit. If anyone has any ideas on taking over on payments and how I can my own RV please send me an email...Thank you in advance Henry

BUYERS, can't obtain the conventional financing you were looking for? These tough economic times make it hard for good people with credit problems or even decent credit to get the financing from lenders. There are no options for buyers to obtain a bad credit boat loan or bad credit RV loan even with a large down payment. Let us offer another solution for you to buy a boat or rv. We are a finance and insurance agency that works with both buyers and sellers to arrange a win - win situation for both parties. We can tailor your contract to suit both parties. Regardless of your situation we can help!

Re: Take over RV payments Lou 7-28-10
My wife and I are looking to purchase a Motor Coach within the next few weeks. We are looking for a seller who is wanting someone to Take over payments or willing to do Owner Financing why because I am self employed which requires traveling and my wife is retired Social Worker. We do have good monthly income so making a monthly payment is no problem as well as keeping good insurance on the COACH as well as all the up keep required on a Coach. We do have pass experience in owning a Motor Home. We are non-smoker, no pets or children at home.
Monthly payments no higher then 950.00 and that must be reflected in the yr and condition of the COACH.

Nothing older then 1995 unless it is a well kept Wanderlodge or Prevost.

Please send detailed information as well as pictures to - talos@bledsoe.net and we will get back with you as soon as we review details and photos.

This is a great opportunity if your wanting to sell your COACH but effected because of the lack of lending by Banks.
Thank you for time and reading.
Lou
