We are looking at a 1987 Mallard Sprinter 24' trailer that is at a nice campground where it would stay year round. I know that part of the value of this trialer is the lot, the little patio and the fact that we wouldn't need to do any moving, installation, etc. It's near some friend's trailer (we've been to their trailer many times)and we think this would be a great opportunity for making some memories.
They are asking $4000 which seems to be high for just the trailer, how do you determine a fair price for a semi-permanent trailer? |
