Scamper issues by Jake
	We just bought a used 1999 scamper sport a few weeks ago. The second time that I tried to raise the roof, I heard this sound which turned out to be the cable rubbing against the crank. Is there some trick to keeping the cable from doing this? Thanks for any help you can give.
