We have a 98 Forest River Rockwood pop up and last time we used it...It wouldn't go up straight. Something seems to be wrong with the lifters. We crank it and it does go up. But you can see its slanted. Cause of this the door will not close. We can prop it with a long pole and its better. But this is not right. Can it be fixed? Can my husband fix it as he is very handy....But we don't know what to do.The cable we have did come off and it hangs, can we put it back? Would that be easy to do or do we have to go inside the wall somehow to do this? PlEASE help. We just bought it from a dealer and only used it one one time. Problems first time out. We called the dealer and they said it was sold as is.
