What is the blue book value of a 1999 37 foot River Forest - Model Sandpiper with a living area slide out and a slide out for the bedroom. The front of the trailer has a den, then a living area with kitchen, a bathroom that separates the living area from the bedroom. It has never been hauled and has sat in a private campground since it was purchased. Great condition. Need to sell as the owner lost his job with Ford Motor Company. Thank You
