What's a 1974 Prowler (23') worth? Becky 6-7-07  
I want to sell my 23 foot 1974 Prowler trailer. It is in great condition; the A/C and heat (propane) work GREAT, new toilet, water in bathroom and kitchen works great, range/oven works...very clean, blinds...the works (the fridge is the only thing that doesn't work.) We just don't use it anymore. How much could I sell it for?

The accountant where I work just offered to sell me his for $900. It has new carpet and a refurbished bathroom and toilet, but the furnace is out and needs tires. It has been parked for several years in the Lake Eufaula area of Eastern Oklahoma.
...think this is a fair price?
