77 Steury pop up camper Chad 1-28-07  
I just bought a 77 Steury pop up camper. The cable system needs some work. Does anyone know where I can get a diagram or some info on the proper cable set up or where parts can be aquired if needed?

Hi Chad. My folks have a 78 Steury pop-up and are also in trouble with the wiring. Mom asked me to try and find a manual, but I'm not having much luck. If you could steer me in the right direction, I would certainly appreciate it.

I have a 77 Steury. we used it in the spring, I was going to sell it but the springs in the front got bent. I need to purchase new spring for the front. I do have a manual for it with a diagram for the lift system.

A guy i work with has a steury pop up trailer and is having trouble gettin it to raise. He said that that there was a problem with the cables and i was wondering if anyone had a diagram for the posts that raise the top and the wiring that is inside of them. Any information would be helpful.

Hello, Just bought a 1976 Steury off a buddy for $75.00. I may fix it, needs work done on... you guessed it; the lift system! You can find a basic diagram at www.goshenstamping.com They have a SPRING CHANGE PROCEDURE listed too. You can find new parts for the lift system and maybe some tech. help from the people at RVWorkShop.com. We are selling both popups and buying a hardshell this month. Good Luck! Tony

Need to get info on the lift system of the 1975-ish Steury pop up camper. Does anyone have knowledge or paperwork diagraming how the left system works. I've got one side that won't go up or down. Any instruction would be appreciated. Please respond to whitman.jason@att.net

We just bought a 1976 Steury pop-up camper and really need a manual, I can not find much about Steury, only that they went out of bussiness in 1979.I would greatly appreciate it if anyone that has any information to share with me.Thanks Mary

I just bought a 75 also and am having trouble getting a new title for it because I dont Know the vin number. If you could possibly tell me a location on the camper I could possibly get it I would greatly appreciate it!!!!!!!!!!!

This link will send you to the people that designed the lift system for that style of camper. Also if you need replacement parts for it go to popupparts.com they have the lift springs, telescope tubes, master tubes, and the cable and more. I have a 75 steury thats been in the Family for 34 years and I am curently fixing up. Front goes up and back doesn't budge an inch. Hope this helps you out some in your repairs as for the break thats a different email that I will have to explain how it works.
