Has anyone out there owned a Cruiser by Crossroads and what did you think of it?
My husband likes it and I like the Laredo by Keystone, both have a lot of the same features but the Crossroads has only been out for about 6 years. the Keystone has been in business for a long time now. Just wanted to know the pros and cons of each one. We are getting close to making the final decision soon or we will wait until next year to purchase one.

Has any one had trouble with your Montana 5th wheel with your roof. If so what has happened. And did Montana fix it.

The rubber roof pulled loose from the front cap along the driver side on the front cross seam at the nose cap, fixed in bend oregon but has had problems since. The roof coming loose the first time let water in and the retaining glue desolved, the rubber then moved in the wind (ripple) when driving afterward. The sharp edge of the front vent metal flashing cut the corner areas around the vent due to the movement and it leaked. I got the patching stuff and the glue and redid the entire job myself in one afternoon.

Love the trailer but Montana service and support is useless.

Just talked with Ron Kilmer (owner relations) at Keystone.

If it is within 12 months of purchase, they will cover it. Since my first issue was within 12 months they suggested I contact the repair facility and have them redo the work for free. Since I now live on the other coast he suggested I take it to the local Montana dealer and have pictures taken. The local dealer then needs to send them to Keystone and the old dealer so repair can be authorized. I sounds like a run around but I am going to try it. Even if they send me the hold down glue and some materail to recover hte portion in from of the vent I will be ahead.
