I got rid of my last camper, a VW Rialta about seven years ago. I miss camping and would like to know more about the floor plans and cost of a small, light weight camper. I have a Honda Odeysee for a tow vehicle.
There would be just two people to use it, so a 13 footer might do..

Here's some links for you to go try. There are currently two makes of these fiberglass trailers being made in the US - Scamp is made in Minnesota, and Casita is made in Texas. Neither sell through dealers, they only sell direct from factory to customer (this probably saves about $5,000 by not having dealer expenses!).
Besides the current makes mentioned above, there are a large group of people that are restoring some of the older fiberglass trailers. I just bought a 1969 Boler. Bolers were the original fiberglass "egg" made in Canada... which just gives them a little more "soul" than buying a new one. :)
Remember the whole concept behind these trailers was weight. Almost any 4 cylinder car can pull a 13' one of these! My '93 Saturn still got about 25-27 mpg flying down the road at 70-75 mph on my return trip through Montana and Wyoming and back into Colorado (very hilly!).
It's tempting to go big with these things because you can add so many more ammenities... but many of us seem to find the joy in owning these 13 footers because they are so affordable and EASY to really use! (I used to have a pickup and 30' fifth wheel!)
Here's some places on the web to check out. No matter what fiberglass egg you settle in on, there is great information here (get a good drink or cup of coffee before starting... these are really interesting and fun sites!):
(this one requires you to register, but it's free and there is a lot of GREAT information on this message board)
There also is a Scamp Owners International site (but this message board wouldn't allow the "tilde" character in the address) Do a Google search for that one.
That ought to keep you busy awhile!

I just last week put a deposit on a new Scamp 16 footer which is set up with 2 dining areas and a couch on the front that makes into a bed. It has the furnace with a thermostat and an ice box along with the stove and sink. It also has an awning and a second ceiling vent with a power fan and a whole bunch of outlets inside and out. I had a 13 foot Boler-Scamp made in 1975 which although was a nice trailer had several items malfunction and/or break. I had bought it for $1200 and ten or twelve years later sold it for $2500. A great investment. The new one, which Scamp is in the process of building for me now, does not have the bathroom which allows for less problems as it ages and more space as I use it. It's total cost was in the $12,700 range (give or take a few bucks after the discounted price). I compared it to the Casita and found the weight difference of the Scamp to be approximately 1000 pounds less than the Casita. We also saved a considerable amount of money picking it up from Backus Minnesota (about a 5 hour drive from Wausau, WI).

Let me start by saying that I don't own either a Scamp or a Casita. Nor do I have any personal gain by speaking about either one. We own an Award Travel Trailer that my hubby and I bought used because we needed more head room and space than either of these.
HOWEVER..... I took my friend to Minnesota to the Scamp manufacturing plant to look them over, and we definitely thought that the size and shape would be perfect for a single female to use alone. But when we returned back to Kansas, we had an opportunity to go through a Casita a person in this area owns.
I can tell you that the Casita is a higher quality unit than the Scamp. From the cabinet fasteners to the woodwork, to the upholstery, to the carpeting on the walls (they both are entirely carpeted), to the entry door, the Casita is superior.
My friend then kept her eyes open on the website to buy a used one, and snapped up a 17' one sight unseen (conditional, of course). She has been very happy with it, and is very able to use it all by herself.
I would strongly urge you to find the Casita users group on the web and keep your eyes open for a used one. Or keep your eye on ebay or other such auction sites. They seem to go quickly!!!!
I believe that the Casita manufacturer in Texas also has a list of pre-owned ones they have taken in on new ones, etc. Casita may be able to tell you where you can go see one in your area that is owned, but not for sale: that's how we found out about the one here.
One "food for thought" item: The one that my friend bought has an air conditioner on the front of the unit. She thought that would help with wind drag, etc. However, in order for that AC to actually circulate the air in the camper well, a fan has to be placed in front of it because the cooled air blows right onto the side of the fridge, which blocks it from circulating well. She is very happy with it after adding the fan, but it is an inconvenience that she believes others should consider in advance.
There are a variety of "floor plans" to choose from, and they each have their advantages depending on your particular needs. The one that we looked at here apparently was a custom made one that had a couch along the side that made into bunks, so it would sleep 4. The owner bought it at a good price directly from Casita because the people who had ordered it had to cancel their order before taking possession.
I hope this information is helpful to you. Good luck and happy camping!
