Call Wayne Bigler @ (574)533-2165 he is the east coast warranty/service rep according to the Forest River web site.

These fellows are helpfull.

Rockwood is a little tough. Some have a tin Plenum system like a house and some have a flex duct system.

Commonly the flex duct system ends up with way to much duct in the belly and it all gets kinked off. The repair is to get into the ducts and shorten them to remove all the restrictions.

The house style system we have seen a raft of colapsed ducts, most we were able to repair by pushing them back in place and using 1/8 paneling supports glued in the duct.
