A manual for a 1997 Dutchman Classic 260 Ralph 3-1-12
I need the Manual for it as well as finding out what kind of heater does it have?

You need to assemble a manual set.
The furnace would not be in the owners manual.
Hopefully the info sheet is still posted inside the cabinets. It will be a standard letter sized sheet of paper stuck to a door or inside a cabinet.
It should tell you make and model of all your appliances as well as listing the VIN (serial) number for the trailer.
From there you contact the appliance manufactures for their manuals.
And while a person who worked on these could probably guess what furnace you have, I recomend that you need better than a guess.
Good Luck
