Owned rockwood 2304s for three years. Has a murphy bed. Although only 24', space of a 30' trailer when bed is in upright position. Great innovation for trailer space. Bed goes up and down in "made" condition in about 15 seconds. Bed is ready to jump in when down. I have owned 12 RV's. This trailer is the best I have towed for stability, no sway. Quality is typical of lightweight trailers, which are built light for obvious reasons. Framing is all aluminum, including dining nook and cabinets. Woodwork is a bit flimsy, but again, lightweight. Overall, a pretty good quality trailer.
