Hello. I just bought a 17 foot Viking VI 225 pop up. The crank lift only seems to be working on the right side of the pop up. I had to get 2 guys to lift the other side up for me while i was cranking and they said it was heavy. I'm not sure why it is so heavy since the AC is not on the roof. It appears the arms are not even attached as i could pull them right out of the sleeve. Does anyone have a diagram of the lift system or anything? I'm not sure of the year of the trailer but would guess maybe 1988-1990? I really want to fix this for my son and i but if i can't lift it without 2 guys i'm out of luck. Any assistance would be great! Thanks
