Where do I find the VIN# for an OTTO pull-behind small pop up camper, made in Edmonton, Canada. Need to register and license this camper. Thank you.

Lol, i just bought one of these for a utility trailer - all they have is a model and serial number - without a 17 digit vin number you'll have to pay $50 to get a government vin # plate put on it in addition to registering it... My wife told me this and she did registries for 10 years.... Look on the frame or somewhere to see if the previous owner had this done.
