Have just bought a 21 bigfoot from TRX in Saskatoon. Would not recommend as the salesperson replied to all my mechanical questions that they worked. On arriving back in BC found. That internal wiring harness for heater all burned up although fan ran/no heat. Cost me $120 to fix. Water heater was ruptured. He assured me trailer was winterized. Cost more to fix so replaced with new one Cost me about $400 ; about the same as repaired. Blackwater valve cracked not sure what that is going to cost me. I have emailed several times but no acknowledgement. They take your money and then ignore you after a bundle of lies. They replaced propane regulator but did not do system check ; That will cost me another $100 bucks. Not done with them yet. NOT RECOMMEMDED |
