Does anyone know how hard of a swap it would be to replace a c555 with a cat 3802 in a Thomas r.e. pusher? or any info on a suitable Cummins replacement...would like to know before i buy this bus if its worth the effort....
Why not,,,both engine are in the same RPM range& HP,and they should turn the same way, however there is few thing to check= tranny bolt patern, torque convertor or cluch.
I would look deeper in it,,I prefer the 3208 to the cumming.
good luck wrench
