Was wondering what are most of you that have purchased a flat nose school bus got them for? Looking a a rear engine diesel pusher 40 ft here. Not sure what is a good price to bid on the local bus market. Please E Mail me an estimate as to what paid. I'm sure you may not want to know what you paid. I just need to know as a reference. Thanks, BubbaJePH@aol.com

So many variables go into a purchase like that it is hard to make an estimate.

Our local district just sold a 35' Gillig for a little over $1K. San Diego sells their buses when they are not very old. The prices needed to purchase one of their retired buses would be $$K.

Age, running gear, brand of coach, type of service, good or bad PM, rust, etc. all contribute to the price.

If you could be a little more specific we might be able to help you better.

Good luck.

Mark O.
