Bus Conversion For Sale	David Linda	4-4-00
We have a beautiful bus for sale which we started converting last year. It was formerly used by a school district and was well maintained and had a '99 emissions sticker in the state of Colorado. It is a '77 International Loadstar with a Ward body, 5-speed, and air brakes. It has a bedroom (with raised queen bed platform and understorage, side table, closet), bathroom (with porta-potti and framed for 32x32 shower), kitchen (with 30" wide stove/oven, food pantry and counter, 3-way refrigerator with new cooling unit), a living area (with futon sofa/bed, wood stove for added comfort). Insulated sidewalls and new subfloor, carpeted throughout, AC electrical wired w/GFIC outlets in kitchen and bathroom, all walls 2x4 construction and solid framed, looks and runs Great! Has been a wonderful home for us last year. Color photos inside and out available on request. Ready to drive away. Asking $6500.
