Post New Message Changing an emergency brake drum isn't all that hard.

You need to block the bus from moving before you do anything because it requires you to remove the driveline.

Unless the drum got so hot it cracked and pieces broke off I doubt it is so bad it has to be replaced.

I would check to see if all that needs replacing is the lining.

I would also look into installing a light that tells you the emergencry brake is engaged.
