1985 International S1700 , 28-pass...	Brett	9-9-00
My wife and I have an opportunity to buy an International S1700 bus that was used by the Air Force on the nearby base, the problem is there is a portion of the engine missing. The rest of the bus looks great and would be a fairly easy conversion (I think). Does anyone out there know of a good place to start to find out what it would cost to get this bus running? We took a bunch of pictures of the engine bay (and the exterior), so if anyone could visually tell me what is missing it would help out tremendously. Other than that it’s a really cute blue-and-white and would make a great first bus for us. Any other info on this kind of bus would be appreciated as well (going rate, parts avail. etc). Thank you – Brett and Carrie ps...we'd happily e-mail photos later today.
