I'm submitting a bid to a local school district for one of the buses they have up for closed bid sale. They have 4 available and wanted to ask if anyone has advice on what to look for in testing the buses. Here are the 4: 1985 Chevy, Standard 1985 GMC, Standard 1984 Int'l, Standard 1983 Int'l, Standard The school district has the details (mileage, diesel/gas etc) All have been state inspected and passed and even gone on school runs this year. Last year, closed bids of $600 won each bus. Any ideas??? Thanks!
