Post New Message You have 2 seperate problems.

Since the engine dies after warming up and you have that "Low vacuum" warning, I'd say you have a vacuum leak somewhere. It's possible that the leak is between the engine and the body of the bus if you have anything else (wipers, heater doors, etc) that is vacuum operated. If you have a lack of power, the leak is close to the carburator. If you have no major loss of power than the leak is farther away from the carb. All vacuum leaks will cause a rough idle and stalling at idle when warm.

The next issue sounds like you have a circuit or 2 shorted to ground through the wiring harness. check the electrical connections and wiring for the headlights and intrument lights and make sure the grounds are isolated from the power feeds.
