Re: Manuals for a Crown bus by george fitt
Post New Message I TRADED FOR A 1973 CROWN BUS 2 YEARS AGO BECAUSE I WANTED TO MAKE A MOTOR HOME THAT WAS SAFER THAN A STORE BOUGHT. THE ONLY SERVICE MANUEL I COULD FIND WAS FOR THE TRANSMISSION. ( ALISEN HD-70 ) 6 SPEED AUTOMATIC. MY ENGINE IS A COMMINGS 250 NO SUPERCHAGER. THE BUS IS IN GOOD SHAPE, I PUT IN 2 NEW BATTERYS AND IT FIRED UP ON THE FIRST TRY. I WILL BE 70 ON MY NEXT BIRTHDAY SO I AM GOING TO PASS ON THE CONVERSION. I HAVE A FRIEND THAT SAYS HE WOULD LIKE TO DO IT IF I CAN FIND A SERVICE MANUEL FOR THE BUS. CAN YOU HELP ME OUT ON THIS MATTER ??? GEORGE
