International loadstar 1600 Dawn 8-14-05
I would like any feedback on this horse van:

http://www.horsejournals.com/horsepic/0705T-04-tn.jpg

Its an International Loadstar 1600, 1971 Chassis, with 4x2 transmission - not sure what that means? - and the custom horse box on it was built in 1986.

I confess that I know very little about cars and vans or trucks are almost foreign to me! Anyone who knows what to expect from this type of model would be very much appreciated.

I would assume the 4x2 means you have a transfer case with 2 ranges (not likely) or you have a two-speed axle (very common and popular in the 70's and 80's for this series of truck), with a 4-speed transmission. The shift pattern (on the knob or dash data plate)should indicate 4 gears plus reverse, and there should be a switch or plunger on the gearshift to change the axle range.

I'm trying to reach the seller of that vehicle. Can you let me know where it was listed?
Thanks
