Trade my VW Karmann Ghia project for Skoolie project Scott 8-12-05
I have a 1970 Ghia coupe "project" car that I have not worked on in the entire time that I've had it. So, against all logic...I am thinking about starting a skoolie project. Problem is, I just can't justify starting the second with the first unfinished. So, if it is meant to be...I figure someone might be interested in trading projects.

The car has a good straight body, complete engine, transmission, seats, and lots of parts. The body and transmission are together, the engine is in my garage, the seats, interior, glass, seals, lights, and etc... are mostly in boxes in my garage. There are lots of extra parts (engine parts, wheels, etc....)

Bought the car from a guy who raced these, but he kept it in his garage for a decade. So, it has been a long time since it has been together and running.

Needs paint, interior, windshield (current is cracked), and put back together. In other words, it is a great project car.

I am looking for a big school bus in good mechanical condition with minimal rust. I don't know much about these, so maybe you can tell me what else I need to look for before I buy or trade.

I am in Nashville, TN.
