Be sure to let the glue dry to tacky and then get a hand roller to roll all areas. Be sure to double back on areas always rechecking and rolling to be sure it stays there. Don,t worry too much about bubbles,...just keep rolling them and they will come out sooner or later. Double cut your seams ( over lap butt ends, straight edge with NEW blade ) Be sure to get a seam sealer for carpet. What kind of carpet ?

I have purchased carpeting for my lower level in my home. Everytime I walk on it in my nylon feet, I stick to it. Extremely uncomfortable. I'm ready to call the company back and ask for a replacement.

We are remodeling our basement. There are no windows but we have put in plenty of recessed lights. The walls are quail egg color and the moulding and doors are red red wine. We want to put in carpet squares to save money. The carpet for the stairs will not be in the same design. I was told if we put the stairs in a solid color it would really look nice. What do you suggest. Thanks for you advice...Sue
