Geico covered mine 144.70 a year 85 gmc 6000 66 pass

I am also in MN. For years I have been insured by Truckers Insurance Exchange through Farmers Ins. Unfortunately, they just notified me they are canceling my policy 3/1/04 as they will no longer insure converted buses. did you have any lucking finding insurance for yours?

I am also looking for School Bus conversion insurance, but to no avail. I need to drive mine from Georgia to Louisiana to park it. My brother-in-law also has one he wants to drive to go camping. I think I've tried Progressive before. State Farm states that with pictures their underwriter might make a plan for that, but that's not for sure.

I have just gotten coverage for mine after I jumped through hoops for the state of MI. I had to first show I was converting it to a motorhome then sign a statement of what I was putting into it and then get it weighed and show what the value was going to be ( lowest 5000.00) from a used vehicle place. Then back to the sec of states office for a title.......then had to find an insurance company, Farm Bureau to the rescue. I had to move all of my vehicles over to this company to get coverage for ny bus but it was worth it. All they wanted was a couple of outside pictures to cover it and a value. It's a great party machine and I believe you can have open intox as long as the driver is not affected since it is a motorhome GOOD LUCK AND HAPPY BUSSIN Leon
