Seeking advice on generators	Zil	2-16-03
I'm seeking any advice anyone can give on a generator for by bus. My AC unit requires 3.5 KW. What size unit should I buy? What are some good units? How much should I spend? Where are some good places to purchase? Thanks. Zil

Well Zill most people like to start with about a 5,000 watt generator. Kind of generator well there are several brands and this will very on were it will be located and if you plain to run it often. I mostly coverted Road Coaches (Entertainer) and I like to use Water cooled because of the generator being under the bus in a cargo bay area. The next thing is I dont like to fool with running the generator out of fuel and dealing with filling that up so I use Diesel which the bus is Diesel and i like to Tie it into the bus fuel tank that has been done with gas also. I usually tie it in to the tank about 1/4 of the way up so if you get low on fuel the generator will shut off before the bus runs out. Howdy friends, I am a school teacher in California. I play with generators for one of my may hobbies, and for my projects in poor countires. I don''t charge much of an increase, and I don't sell anything that isn't in perfect working order. Anyone that needs one, give a a call or drop me a line. Greetings, Do you sell used generators with air-cooled diesel motors? If so, what would a 6KW generator with a (Japanese, English, or American) air-cooled diesel engine sell for? (And how much for a similar 5KW generator?) Thanks for any info, Dan Cheek Please don't put me on any mailing list.
