Looking for an invter with charger, 2-3k watts should be ok. What are the other alternatives to getting an inverter with out a charger?

We have a couple 300 watt inverters from West Marine. If you don't have heavy loads this might work. We use one to run a battery charger for the jell cells to keep them from being overcharged by the bus charging system. Sort of the long way around, but it does what it is supposed to. John the busboy
