	Hi, Stand you ground. Tell them you'll go to consumer's report, or at tv, or else. And moreover, we do have Bell too, and we wont have reception anymore in the US from January 2008. We have changed from Star Choice to Bell Express Vu because our new motorhome was equipped with Bell. I dislike them, to say the least. Regards, Mireille
