WE too just acquired a 69 Aristocrat CCH (?) Lo-liner. I was in semi ok shape but my husband's boss originall ripped EVERYTHING out of it. SO when he got frustrated he just GAVE it to us (Yippee). Hubby replaced counter with just a bar sink, no cooking or propane at all, removed the fridge put down hardwood floors. We've repainted it inside and out. Used it for the first time this weekend and it was WONDERFUL.
Now I need help finding:
original window crank handles,
an original door the one one it nows appears to be an old metal trailer door
and the sliding piece on the screen door that makes room for the door knob so bugs won't get in.
I can do without or make shift everything BUT the window crank handles
Any suggestions? |
