Post New Message Oct 7-06 I had Bell Expressview hooked up and on Oct 10-06 I cancelled it. I understood that I would recieve my deposit I paid. I have been tied up with their beaucrats for 3 months now. I have called them on numerous occasions only to be kept on the phone for 45 minutes and get no where with them.All they keep telling me is that it will take 4-6 weeks before you get your money back.We even got our credit card company involved and went on 3 way calling with them and they gave my credit card company a confirmation number to comfirm this matter would be looked after and still nothing.So on the Oct 12 they send out 2 boxes from a courier and I send back 3 receivers and now they tell me I have a reciever that I owe them and I explained that I sent 3 in 2 boxes.Ok now its all cleared up they say I see here on the computer that we did recieve all 3 recievers. So they send me a cheque for the amount of the deposit. Great we thought its all taken care of. We deposit the cheque and Bell Expressview puts a stop payment on the cheque.Here it is now Jan 8-07 and I still have not receieved my money and I am still fighting and I want them to come and take the satelite disk off my house and my roof fixed free of charge and I want my money back with interest and a letter of apology. Whatever happened to the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.I don't understand why we the customers have to be tied up with their red tape for so long. So today Jan 8-07, I call again and you will never believe this but the customer service rep told us to go onto the web and write a complaint or we could call the Better Business Bureau.Imagine that!I am not happy with the way Bell Expressview as treated us. I only hope that when they go home to bed they can sleep well, knowing that the person they kept on the phone for 45 minutes today and many days before has gone through. Bye Bye Bell Expressview I really hope the next time you decide to call and ask someone if they would like to hook up with you I hope they would have gotten a chance to read some of these complaints all of us customers have wrote about you.
