Hi, my husband is from SA. We live here in Coronado, California.
Last spring, we bought an old class c motorhome that I've been fixing up. It's been a lot of fun and a lot of work too.
Sometimes, I'll take it down to the Strand which is the beach in between Coronado and Imperial Beach (bordering on Mexico).
The rates have gone up, but last year, we were paying 11.00 a night to stay at the beach, literally 3 miles from Coronado and the Hotel Del.
If you get to Coronado, by the way, stop by Opals and Gems of Australia, located in the Hotel Del Coronado, and say Hi to my husband, Beau Maloney.
