Cabover Camper Installation newfish 5-20-04
Looking to purchase my first truck camper. Need advice on installing the unit. Are there tips & tricks to making sure it is secure. Like do I need a spacer board between the head of the truck bed and the camper? Any other smart tricks?
Re: Cabover Camper Installation Don 6-8-06
I just purchased a trailer. I have no Idea how to hook it up. I got the propane hooked up but I don't understand the 12volt system. I have a duotherm 12 volt propane furnace and I have running lights. I only have three wires comming out of the front of the camper. Red Black and White. Am I supposed to have a pigtail to plug this into my truck ? and if so, How do I plug it up to a battery when I take it off the truck?
any suggestions would help.

How to ensure cabover camper is secure. I am using universal tie downs with turnbuckles.
