Well sounds like you have a 1 ton dodge chassis as that is what the 300 means. Your parts question is also easy, you will have no choice but to upgrade componets, as no current parts distributor will carry stock of what you require any more. Yet you may check a few bone yards or dealers selling recked RVS. Repairing an RV is actually very simple if you have the time.

You could also check with Recking yards about the chassis parts or check on the net for original parts by searching at google.com for the parts you need. Google is the best engine for this task.

Inside a closet or cabinet you may find a spec sheet that will give you part numbers in not sure the newer ones do. This will help.
