HI, I have a Dolphin from 1990, with 90K, gets 12mpg. I feel that is normal for this size. I have only driven it twice. There is the water system, outside has a water fill cap just like gas, and a water hookup in case you are parked in a camp site. LP tank..you will get good answers from the person you buy the gas from. There is a place for batteries ( car type ) in the back right I believe. i have two and one under the hood. Electricity should be available all the time with no switching it on if these batteries are installed correctly. Mine has a panel inside over the stove that tells me drinkable water level, grey water level ( dishes ) and black sewage levle, also electiric charge. More questions I may know the answer to get ahold of me at agent007cd yahoo
