	Hi Good luck with your new home. No you dont need a CDL Its private and under 24,000 gross weight. You will not be able to tow a thirty footer with a tahoe. S-10 Go with a good 3/4 ton. As far as the generator get a longer power cord for the trailer and chain it to the front bumper of the tow vehicle! NO NOISE Most trailers come with a 20 foot cord, So use all of it. Good Luck!
