I need to fix what I think is a lift kit. the cable broke and I don't know where to get another one and if I had one I would need to know how to put it onto the pop-up. Any suggestions?

Lift will not raise top past a certain point. It acts like it is stuck.

I have a 1995 Skamper trailer that the leaf spring just broke while towing. Is there a way I could get a copy of the manual as well? Please email me.
