Building an RV by Spyro&Cynderforever

I had recently purchased some RV plans for a cab-chassis truck and was wondering the following things.
1.The plans say to connect the coach to the cab with a flexible boot removing the back window, and I would like to know if it is legal to be in the coach while it’s moving and if I could modify the plans to make it a walk-though.
2.Do you have to change the registration on the truck you would use?
3.Where would you have it inspected once finished?
