I believe Northwood’s warranty sucks. I own a 2007 Arctic Fox 25R which developed a leaky hot water tank during 90ºF weather in mid July. The Calgary, Alberta, dealership deemed the leak to be possibly the result of freezing and declared Northwood to have no responsibility. This amazing diagnosis was made without their even inspecting the offending tank. A similar judgment was also passed on a stress crack in my bedroom window. As a result, I have been denied warranty on these and some minor defects. |
