I have compared 6 companys for rates and good recommendations from the Texas Board of Insurance. Camping World's MVP was the least expensive and Good Sam's came in a close second. I have had no claims yet, thank God, but I feel very secure with the Campers World MVP. This is only MY opinion. It's worth checking out for yourselves.
I am also in Texas, West TX actually, and was wondering if you could tell me how to contact the two companies that you named. Thanks!

Sorry, the previous post on this matter about MVP insurance is incorrect. Sorry to say, I bought MVP insurance because they were the cheapest. And they will be as long as you have neither a moving violation or an accident. If you have an accident regardless of the circumstances, you will suddenly find your rates doubled. Yes doubled. I had a minor (but costly) fender bender while backing up (less than five mph impact with a tree. $2,000 cost which the Insurance wants to recover in one year by doubling the cost of my coverage. Why do we buy insurance anyway? Oh yes, the fenderbender was on my tow vehicle not the Motor home. I was driving the tow vehicle at the time. Twenty years of accident free driving an RV has nothing to do with their decision on prices. Only your last three years. I am thinking of parking it for three years.
