Post New Message Alstate Insurance is natorious for their poor service. To date, they are involved in a Class Action suit for bilking homeowners out of hundreds of dollars when they placed claims in earth quakes ect. Not a good company to do business. I think the best thing is word of mouth and your past experience with what ever insurer you've dealt with.
