Experience with Royal/SunAlliance Gary 9-23-00  
Anyone else have a poor experience with
this insurance company? I find that their
rate is quite low, but the coverage is
terrible (compared to Progressive). Their
customer service with condescending attitudes.
The list goes on and on.
Any input would be great and/or recommendations
for a good company to insure with.

response come back am will consider
a "class-action" type law-suit against them. If my case is the tip
of the iceberg, then it's overall very bad for me and many others.
