They are a terrible company. I am not sure they are legitimate. The company which is supposed to take care of their claims is now in liquidation according to their recorded message at (800)845-6477. The number for Intercontinental 888.661.7880 is never answered, you just get the run around and they do not respond to messages. I have been trying for over seven weeks to get a refund on a policy I canceled and cannot get any response from them. I have had nothing but problems with this company from the beginning. |
