You better read your contract really good and follow it to the T or you are throwing your money down the drain!!! If you can connect to a person's voice, it is a miracle. To get a call back from a voice mail is a greater miracle unless you have not paid your monthly payment, then, you get someone alright. I took my car to a dealership for the service that the maintenance warranty says that you have to do and have their product put in your car. The dealership said they had never heard of the product and would not put any unfamiliar product into my car at their responsibility. Now they say that my warranty is not honored but continue to autodebt my checking account with no callback for the voice mail. I plan to spread this information so that others are not ripped off like I have been. Thank God that I have not paid the full contract to find out that I have wasted ALL of my money - - if I can ever get the cancellation or customer service or billing people to call me back for some action!!!!! B E W A R E!!!!!!!!!!!! |
