Post New Message I have the Platinum plan with no duct able. My transmission went out in my car. When we went to have the transmission fixed they will only pay to have a used transmission put in my car. My mechanic and I both tried to get them to pay to have the transmission rebuilt. NO LUCK. It takes 3 to 5 days to get the transmission here. They will only pay for 3 days of a rental car. Because they had to send an inspector out to see or they would have only paid for two. They state it is only 7 hours of repairs therefore I can get 2 days rental. I have been without my car for 2 weeks now waiting on them. I swore to them I would do anything I can to prevent people to buy this plan.
