I live in the Chicago area. After over 23 years with my Toyota Mirage, I'm thinking it's time to upgrade to something newer and more spacious, and the Vista/Sunstar seems the best choice for me and my garage door size. Please email me direct.

Once I've got one, my Toyota Mirage will be for sale. We've owned it since new. It's been garage kept except for it's first 5 years. It's has a 4-speed manual transmission & 22R 2.2Liter 4-cylinder carburated engine. It has around 104,000 miles, with true-dual rear axle, air suspension with on-board compressor, all upgraded in 1995. No A/C of any kind. It is a basic cab & RV without power robbing options. Not even power steering. I ordered the RV with weight & fuel economy in mind, and better handling, and mechanical simplicity. It does have a 2nd battery, 110v power, and converter, etc. for lighting & outlets. Also has CD radio up front and cassette radio in rear. It still gets the same 18.5MPG round trip (beginninng to end of a 4000 trip) vacationing combined highway, city, mountains etc. It gets 20mpg on the highway at 55mph, but that is only a piece of a trip. I don't go over 60mph myself. It is NOT self contained. It is the rear entry design with step bumper, and no appliances, with only the stock cabinetry and molded in sink in the counter. It used to be a manual pump-lever faucet but now is electric using a windshield washer pump. My ice chest is stored where a refridgerator would normally go. All cushions & bed foam & fabric are like brand new. The automotive fabric walls and ceiling needs to be replaced as it is separating. The vehicle is in great mechanical and cosmetic shape otherwise. No rust on the front Toyota cab. Never in an accident. The rear RV cap is a one piece seamless construction, so there are surely no leaks. No creeks or rattles either. I had planned to take out the interior and have the walls sprayed with Line-X, a colored bedliner rubber material, but never got around to it. Asking price not yet determined. Open to hear offers.
About my Toyota/Mirage, I should have included I have all documentation and the Toyota owners and the big mechanicss manual. The RV has always been well cared for in tune-ups, oil changes, etc. etc. I never kept reciepts of work done, as 95% was done by me. I had a wheel alignment done, rebuilt the alternator, and tune-up within the last 10-15,000 miles. Oil is always done by me at 3000 mile intervals. It's really in great shape. I'll include all spare air, fuel, and oil filters, which will cover the rest of it's life.
Good day,
My name is Ryan from Georgia. I have recently become engaged to marry my best friend and upcoming English teacher Kelli. In the morning of May 5 2007 she will receive her certificate and in the evening we will gather with family in the chapel to start a new phase of our lives. We are both modest, practice and simple people so we have dreamed of spending our honeymoon touring and camping. I ride an old BMW motorcycle, which can fit inside the vehicle. I have checked the dimensions of the rear door and we thought a Mirage would be the perfect transportation to adventure in. I have found very few of them around and I have been praying to find one by our wedding day that I can afford. Otherwise we will camp out of my Volvo and still make the most of all we are blessed with. We would prefer to find a camper which we can take care of and to keep long term and grow memories in for a life time. Many years later bopping around in a well maintained relic, her writing short stories and I painting our adventures. Well thank you for your time. I enjoy dreaming of our possibilities. I pray your Christmas was blessed and your new year is filled with personal growth and many fond memories. If you have any interest in discussing possibilities with your camper please feel free to write or call.
Blessings,
Ryan
