Wiring guide for holding tank guages Dennis M Barrow 3-7-06
I have a 1981 Establishment Motor Home.
I am trying to re-wire the holding tank gauges. There is no name on it, but it is about 5x7, and has a meter vertically on the right side, with a "rocker" test switch under it. It also has 3 more rocker switched across the middle with a black strip above them that lights up when you depress a rocker. It also has a round fuse to the left and slightly below the meter.
It has a 11 wire harness (male and female) on the backside. My problem is that someone cut the wires after the harness...then re-wired the MH with DIFFERENT colored wires. I have successfully mated all of the wires except 4: 1 white (larger than other white wires), 1 black wire (larger than other black wires), 1 grey, and 1 brown, which are marked with scotch tape "L holding and R holding".
Can you help???
